helpful shuttlereasonable price
The shuttle service was very helpful. it made getting around much simpler. the hotel also has a mosque. It allowed me to pray without missing the congregation. nearby restaurants offer good meals for reasonable prices.

The shuttle service ran frequently, so transportation was covered.
The front desk staff was impolite. They did not seem to know how to treat customers. It was disappointing behavior for a hotel so close to the Haram.
